Join us for an egg-citing adventure at Eastgate, where the thrill of Easter meets the joy of shopping! Get ready to embark on a fun-filled quest that will have you exploring every nook and cranny of our beloved shopping centre.
How It Works:
Hunt for the Easter Eggs: Five colorful Easter eggs are hidden within shop windows throughout the centre. Find each one and note down which shop you found it at!
Crack the Code: Explore our vibrant aisles until you uncover the final egg with a special surprise – a QR code!
Unlock the Prize Draw: Scan the QR code with your phone to access our entry form. Fill in your details and the names of the stores you found the eggs at. Once completed, you’re automatically entered into our egg-citing prize draw!
Prizes Await:
1st Place: Win a huge Cadbury Easter Chocolate Basket, packed with an assortment of delicious treats to sweeten your celebrations.
2nd Place: A delightful Cadbury Easter Chocolate Box, overflowing with an array of scrumptious chocolates.

1. Eligibility:
– The Easter Egg Hunt event is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Eastgate Basildon and their immediate families.
– Participants must have a valid email address to enter the prize draw.
2. Entry:
– To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the online entry form accessible via the QR code found on each Easter egg during the event period.
– Entrants must provide their full name, email address, postcode, and the locations of all five Easter eggs to be eligible for the prize draw.
– By entering the competition, participants agree to subscribe to the Eastgate Basildon newsletter. Subscribers can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
3. Prize Draw:
– Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
– The first randomly selected entry will win the 1st place prize, the second entry will win the 2nd place prize, and the third entry will win the 3rd place prize.
4. Prizes:
– 1st Place: Cadbury Easter Chocolate Sharing Basket
– 2nd Place: Cadbury Gifts Happy Easter Egg Chocolate Gift
– 3rd Place: Cadbury Easter Chocolate Treasure Box
– Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Eastgate Basildon reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Notification of Winners:
– Winners will be notified via email on Sunday 31st March.
– If a winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
