Toilets & Baby Changing
The centre’s toilets are located on the Lower Mall by Asda & on the Upper Level by the Food Terrace and will be open for everyone’s use. There are also toilets inside Asda.
The Family Suite is located on the Upper Mall by the Food Terrace.

Sunday 10am – 4pm
Bank Holidays 10am – 5pm

Accessibility
The centre is wheelchair accessible from the car park via lifts. There are also lifts from the Lower Level to the Upper Level outside Topshop.
Disabled toilets can be located on the Lower Level, by Asda, and on the Upper Level in the Food Terrace.
There are a number of disabled parking spaces in the Eastgate car park on levels A and B.
FREE WiFi
Stay connected whilst you shop with FREE Wi-Fi at Eastgate Shopping Centre provided by BT. Connect to Eastgate WiFi on your device and enjoy free internet access when you shop with us.
Amazon Lockers
You can find our Amazon Lockers called Didier on the Lower Level between Superdry and F.Hinds
Cash Machines
.There are cash machines in two locations; next to Asda, and between Superdry and Eurochange.
Shopmobility
Free electric and regular wheelchairs are available at the centre. Please pre-book by calling Shopmobility on 01268 533 644 or 0800 454 863.
Find Shopmobility on the Lower Galleries next to the car park. Please bring two pieces of ID.
