1. Introduction
– The promoter of this competition is Eastgate Shopping Centre (“Promoter”).
– By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
– The competition is open to all individuals aged 16 years or older.
– Employees of Eastgate Shopping Centre, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
– The competition begins on 5th July and ends on 31st July (“Entry Period”).
– Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
– To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed next to the acrylic box filled with tennis balls in Eastgate Shopping Centre Event Installation.
– Participants must submit their guess for the number of tennis balls in the box via the online entry form provided after scanning the QR code.
– Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
– By entering the competition, participants consent to their email address being added to the Eastgate Shopping Centre newsletter database. Participants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.
5. Prize
– One winner will receive a £100 voucher to be used at Eastgate Shopping Centre.
– The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6. Winner Selection
– The winner will be the participant who correctly guesses the number of tennis balls in the box, or if no correct guess is made, the closest guess.
– In the event of a tie, a random draw will determine the winner among the tied participants.
– The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
– The winner must respond within 7 days of the notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
7. Data Protection
– Personal data provided during the course of this competition will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
– By entering the competition, participants consent to their email address being added to the Eastgate Shopping Centre newsletter database.
8. Publicity
– By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter, including the use of their name and photograph in promotional material.

– The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
– The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
