  1. The competition closes at 11:59 pm on 6thFebruary 2024.
  2. This competition prize is 1 night at The Grove, a 5* Luxury Hotel, Golf & Spa in Hertfordshire, including dinner (8.30pm), bed and breakfast on 14th February 2024.
  3. Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 or above, residing in the Basildon area with postcodes SS and CM. Proof of address from our selected winner will be requested to prove residence within the postcode catchment.
  4. The promotion excludes Eastgate employees and immediate family members, its agents, suppliers, or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.
  5. To enter, complete the entry form, and agree to these terms and conditions.
  6. The winner will be notified by email by 7thFebruary 2024.
  7. The winner will have until 23.59 pm, February 8th, 2024, to accept the prize; otherwise, the prize may be awarded to another entrant.
  8. There is a total of 1 prize to be won in this competition.
  9. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or advertised for sale. It cannot be changed for an alternate date either.
  10. No cash or alternative option will be provided for prizes. However, Eastgate Basildon reserves the right to substitute it with similar prizes of equal or greater value should it become necessary for reasons beyond their control.
  11. Eastgate Basildon accepts no liability for extra expenses when attending the hotel besides Bed, Breakfast, and Dinner.
  12. Please be advised that transportation to and from the hotel is not part of the provided package.
