Win Your Christmas Wishlist at Eastgate 2024 – Terms & Conditions

Promoter:
This competition is promoted by Eastgate Shopping Centre, Management Suite, Southernhay, Basildon, Essex SS14 1AG.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Eastgate Shopping Centre, their families, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must submit a list of their top 5 gift items from the stores at Eastgate Shopping Centre, along with a creative reason why they deserve to win or how these gifts would make their Christmas extra special. Entries must be submitted via the official entry form provided by Eastgate Shopping Centre.
Entry Deadline:
The competition opens on October 22nd, 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM on December 9th, 2024. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Gift List Restrictions:
The total value of the 5 items on the submitted wishlist must not exceed £1,000. Each wishlist must be comprised of items that are available at stores within Eastgate Shopping Centre.
Winner Selection:
A winner will be selected based on the creativity of their entry, as judged by a panel from Eastgate Shopping Centre. The winner will be notified by email on December 9th, 2024.
Prize:
The prize will be the items listed on the winner’s wishlist, with a total value not exceeding £1,000. If an item from the wishlist is unavailable, Eastgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equivalent value. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Prize Collection:
The winner must collect the prize in person from Eastgate Shopping Centre. No prizes will be posted. The collection details will be arranged with the winner following their notification.
Publicity:
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities relating to the competition (e.g., social media posts, website announcements) and grants Eastgate Shopping Centre permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for publicity purposes.
Newsletter Subscription:
By entering the competition, all participants agree to be added to the Eastgate Shopping Centre newsletter database. Participants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the link provided in the newsletter emails.
Disqualification:
Eastgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that is in breach of these terms and conditions or who tampers with the competition process.
Data Protection:
Any personal data provided in connection with this competition will be used by Eastgate Shopping Centre for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
